ReplyLegal justice and moral justice are not the same thing. The legal system proved to work because the evidence was curcumstancial. It a shame there was not enough evidence to convict anthony and I wish there was. But in the situation given it wouldve been legally wrong for the juror to convict her of murder.
The one thing I don't understand is the lack of a child abuse or neglect conviction. -

ReplyThey have the legal guardianship paperwork signed...Superintendent Hartner is suggesting that Silvia Rea go through a court and get formal custody of Matias.
Also, hispanic is a completely politically correct term. -

ReplyShe is the legal guardian-- the school is asking that she get full custody. The law is called "Decisional Law" according to Hartner and is based on Commissioner of Education decisions, so basically, it is not explicit.
