Is the 2% the limit of city and county all together? Example: Total tax: $5
school tax $3, muni tax $1, and county tax $1. school tax increase 2%, muni increase 2%.
$3---$3.06
$1---$1.02
$1---$1.02
total : $5.10. now it is $5.15. the county tax must be increased 7%.
So I don't get it.
How much the county tax increase every year?
