Hi -- Briefly, Elizabeth NJ hs students have the choice of attending a number of "academies," some of which are focused on technology or other career-oriented training. Elizabeth HS, which is structured like the academies, is the school ranked here; it has a rigorous curriculum and students must maintain a 3.0 GPA to remain there. Despite the name, EHS is actually a fairly small school. Does that clarify at all?

Yes, I'm working on a story now about this, combing thru court records. Briefly, the delinquency dates to 2009, according to Livingston officials. There has been legal action, some of which concluded in January. Stay tuned... thank you.
