It's still in the works. The OSTFC is not privvy to the workings of the deal since we are just an advisory committtee. When we asked (often) we have been told that the deal is in the works. I postulate that it's being held up for political reasons and that once the November election is complete it will be resolved and the town will own the property.

whatever happened to buying the Lions Gate property from Desimone for open space...I lost track of that.
