I will be training on the streets and hills of pittsburgh. Having ran a marathon before I will train as I normally do. 5-6 miles a day during the week with one day for speed training. Then one weekend day will be used as my LSD day and I will increase the workout load until I am at 22 miles for my LSD. Then about 3 weeks before the race I will start to back off and rest up a bit.
