    My name is Tsila Trager I am the owner of Alist Wellness Center located in the Millburn Medical Center in Millburn,NJ.  I am fluent in several languages including English, Hebrew, Russian, and Azerbaijan.  My passion is to educate consumers on the role of the colon, and the importance of colon health. 

    I am an I- ACT certified colon hydrotherapist ,and  I also perform other wellness services such as Ear Candling, Reflexology, and Iridology.  At Alist Wellness Center my main focus is to provide detoxification services through use of colon Hydrotherapy and other services in order to promote colon health and general improvement of body wellness. 

    Colon Hydrotherapy is a detoxification procedure in which water is used to flush out the colon to remove impacted fecal matter and excess waste.  This procedure not only helps clients feel better but promotes a healthier lifestyle. The benefits of colon hydrotherapy include; body detoxification, acne, allergies, pot belly, muscle pain, joint aches, migraines, body odor, Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), constipation, eczema, scoriosis, sinuses, and weight loss.  Prices for this procedure varies according to the needs of the consumer.
