It's "could not care less." If one "could care less" then they'd care to some degree. But if you don't care at all, you "couldn't care less."

Liebler: You're a disgrace. A disgusting, bottom feeding, piece of garbage. The man's mother died within hours of this meeting's end, and you're out here politricking against him? Good God, other than sitting on your amply ass and playing keyboard quarterback, what exactly have you done to improve Hoboken? It seems to me you're very good at pointing fingers, and very bad at taking any real action. Sweat equity isn't your thing, but you sure are quick to go after others who do invest it.
